Mistress Iolani is here again. I am sure you know her already. The skinny slave is lied down on the extremely cold concrete floor waiting to be trampled on. The Mistress has very fancy shoes with sharp high heels and some spikes on it which means pain for the slave of course. There will be heels digging, some stomping, heels scratching and not much trampling while Mistress Iolani has her shoes on. So after 5 minutes she takes her shoes off and the bare feet full weight trampling starts. I like how the Mistress stays carelessly on the slaves body doing some jumps at the same time. There is a quick moment of head standing as well. Its not a hard trampling but rather sensual one I would say. There are a couple of slow motions added for a couple of stomps.
